The Club gratefully accepts volunteers to help with fundraising events and committees throughout the year. The Boys & Girls Club of EMW is a great place to give your time to help the youth in your community.
All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. Exceptions can be made to meet high school community service requirements.
Volunteers are accepted through the courts for community service.
Any person who wishes to volunteer their time must first contact Tracey Karp-Theal at tracey.karp-theal@bgcemw.org to determine what will work best for both the volunteer and the Boys and Girls Club of Elma, Marilla and Wales.
Volunteers that spend time with our members and have a long term relationship with the Boys & Girls Club of Elma, Marilla and Wales will have extensive background checks conducted. Pre-screening of applicants includes, but not limited to reference checks, fingerprinting, and clearance through the NYS Central Register of Child Abuse & Maltreatment.
If you are interested in learning more please email your questions to Tracey Karp-Theal using the subject line "Volunteer Opportunities".
